Construction for the new practice at 10003 NW Military Hwy., Ste. 1103, is set to begin July 1 and is expected to be finished Dec. 20, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. CityVet representatives did not respond to confirm an opening date. CityVet's San Antonio expansion will also include a new location coming to Universal City in the city's northeast area.
