The Hollywood Park franchise of Graze Craze, which specializes in charcuterie, has new owners.

Fabiola Marques-Aguilar and her husband, Mike, recently bought the store from Ricardo Gutierrez Jr. and his wife, Helen Garcia, who launched the local franchise in October at 16111 San Pedro Ave., Ste. 102, in the Galleria Oaks retail center.

Fabiola Marques-Aguilar took to social media in mid-July to promote Graze Craze, saying she and her husband were customers and fans of the franchise. The owners held a grand reopening celebration July 9.

Graze Craze offers handcrafted charcuterie-style boards, boxes and tables for individuals and groups, and events. The boards, boxes and tables feature housemade breads, dips, jams, meats and farm-fresh produce.

Hours of operation are Mon.-Fri., 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sat., 11 a.m.-4 p.m. They are closed Sunday.
