Each year, the Randolph Area Christian Assistance Program takes applications for the Back-To-School Program, which helps families in need receive school supplies.

Applications for families will open July 15, with an application deadline of Aug. 9. Leading up to the opening of applications, RACAP is requesting community assistance for school supply donations.

The specifics

RACAP is a nonprofit organization focused on helping those in need who live in the following ZIP codes:

  • 78109
  • 78132
  • 78148
  • 78154
  • 78247
  • 78233 (Live Oak only)
  • 78266
To support the programs, the organization is requesting monetary donations or donations of school supplies prior to the start of the Back-To-School Program.

Donations can be dropped by the RACAP office or mailed to 307 Pfeil St., Schertz.

Assistance is available for those with limited or no income, who are at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Additional information can be found here.
