Veramendi developers are planning to break ground on a second amenity center called The Outlook at the end of the second quarter or at the beginning of the third quarter this year.
In a nutshell
The amenity center will have a:
3,000-square-foot clubhouse
5,500-square-foot pool
2,100-square-foot pavilion
700-square-foot bathhouse
1,300-square-foot basement
The Outlook, which is adjacent to Veramendi’s future Word Park, will be equipped with different pool tiers, pickleball courts and more.
Co-CEO at ASA Properties Garrett Mechler said there are a lot of elevation changes throughout, which is what makes the project interesting. Residents will be able to enter on the ground floor, but there will be a second-story level overlooking Word Park.

ASA Properties is a Texas-based real estate firm that specializes in master-planned residential land development. Veramendi is the boutique firm's signature project.
This is one of the components of Veramendi that is resident-only, but it ties well to all the other public amenities being offered in the master-planned community, Mechler said.
“We feel like this is a good balance in providing specific amenities for those who have chosen to live within the community of Veramendi,” he said.
What else?
Veramendi developers are also adding 500 new lots in their next phase, which will offer homes from the following builders:
Mechler said they are excited to continue providing a variety of lot sizes and home sizes. Lot sizes will range from 40-100 feet. The 100-foot, or half-acre, lots will be a new addition to Veramendi's builder product offering.
“Offering custom homesites allows us to introduce larger lots that give homeowners more space and flexibility. It’s an opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the Hill Country with room to spread out while still being part of the Veramendi community,” Mechler said.
He said they will also be starting construction on their first custom-home lot section and are projected to begin selling in 2026.
