The second phase of the project will bring 35,000 additional square feet of space across four additional buildings with spaces ranging from 1,800 to 11,900 square feet. One of the four buildings will be 5,500 square feet geared toward frontage and retail or showroom space, said Miles Payne, a partner on the project and spokesperson for the development.
Spaces can be used for retail, industrial, commercial or government office tenants, Payne said.
