The details
The $70 million apartment complex project, which broke ground in 2023, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units equipped with smart home technology, full-size washers and dryers, and walk-in closets, Property Manager Denise Corona said in an email to Community Impact.
The complex has an outdoor fire pit with seating, electric vehicle charging stations, state-of-the-art fitness center and swimming pool. The swimming pool is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue grills and cabanas. The Abbey has a clubhouse with a cafe and coffee bar, pet salon, and biergarten social space, Corona said in the email.
The Abbey also has two-car attached and detached garages available for residents.
Looking ahead
The complex is slated to be complete in August, the email states.
