Project details
The 521 single-family development is located at 1693 Viola Lane in New Braunfels. Meadows at Clear Springs broke ground in September 2023. General Sales Manager Haley Henderson said homes range from 1,204-2,601 square feet and offer three to five bedrooms. The development will also have a playscape, pavilion, walking trails and several acres of open space.
“This will be able to accommodate any type of lifestyle and family size,” Henderson said.
Its first phase will consist of 149 homes.

Vice President Operations Brad Lacy said this development will offer homes for individuals looking for affordability in New Braunfels.
Homes within the development will range from $270,000-$350,000, Lacy said.
"As [the city is] growing—and we've seen it grow so much within the last few years—the demand for affordability has increased," Henderson added.
Looking ahead
The second phase of the development will consist of 195 more homes. The third and final phase will consist of 177 homes.
Lacy said they project to be fully completed with Meadows at Clear Springs in 2028.
