The studio—owned by sister-duo Wendy and Karina Serrano—specializes in pole fitness, which focuses on building full-body strength through dynamic movements.
"We're so excited to be part of the New Braunfels community," Wendy Serrano said in an email to Community Impact.
Serrano Fitness Studio also offers yoga classes, Zumba, private parties and one-on-one sessions. The Serranos plan on offering more classes involving body movement—such as belly dancing and Ariel—soon.
