The pink barbecue food truck is owned by Jewel Hill, who said she learned about the different kinds of barbecue techniques from her husband and wanted to create her own business where she could showcase her skills.
Hill said she loves to connect with people through food.
"It's been a dream of ours to be part of this community," Hill added.
On the menu
Bar B Que Bandidas serves classic barbecue items like brisket, ribs and sausage. Hill plans to add fusion dishes in the future, blending barbecue with other types of cuisine. The food truck operates every Saturday from noon until they sell out, Hill said.
