Owner Dale Adams said the bookstore opened at the end of 2019, just before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The first year was really terrible, but we persevered and the community was really responsive,” he said. “Even though people say books don’t sale, people have enjoyed coming in here.”
The store offers a variety of books ranging from multiple genres, with fiction and children’s books being the most popular, Adams said.
Alongside book selections, the store is a meeting location for multiple book clubs, including a fiction book club, nonfiction book club, teen book club, writing classes and a bring your own book club.
