Round Rock ISD announced Jan. 14 the district will host a series of virtual town hall meetings in January to discuss ongoing coronavirus health and safety updates, spring semester learning frameworks and the status of district programs in athletics and fine arts. Each of the three meetings will focus on a specific element of school operations and will be open to the public for attendance and questions.
Event attendees must register beforehand on a first-come, first-serve basis, per the news release. Admission is capped at the first 1,000 registered attendees per each individual event.
Viewers who are unable to watch the live town hall can submit their questions in advance here and can watch the archived meetings on the district's Facebook and Reimagining Education page. Those who are watching the live town hall can add their questions via Zoom's Q&A feature.
