4. Dell Round Rock 5 Computer Room Air Handler Replacement: 200 Dell Way, Round Rock.

Scope of work: heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit replacement
5. Titan Hutto VI: Limmer Loop & Innovation Blvd., Hutto.
Type of work: new construction
Timeline: Feb. 1-May 11
Estimated cost: $500,000
Scope of work: This project involves the design and construction of a new, one-story, 196,128-square foot tilt-up concrete building located. The building will contain speculative space serving warehouse functions for future tenants.
