Bed Rock Breakfast & Bar opened in downtown Round Rock in late October, bringing an Americana take on breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What’s on the menu

Diners can choose from classic staples, such as French toast, smash burgers and build-your-own breakfast tacos. A selection of beers on tap, specialty cocktails, wine and coffee is also available.

The restaurant is locally owned by Brian Hernandez.
