Scope of work: new construction of two retail buildings' shell
4. Target: 121 Louis Henna Blvd., Round Rock

Scope of work: modify office layout and convert office space into stock at front of store for order pickup efforts; add optical to office space; convert food service to Starbucks; modify guest service, fitting rooms, and restrooms; replace check lanes; update finishes
5. Atmos Energy office renovation: 3110 N. I-35 Frontage Road, Round Rock
Type of work: renovation/alteration
Timeline: Jan. 3-Sept. 30
Estimated cost: $1.4 million
Scope of work: office renovation of existing office building gutting the interior with new finish-out, adding new exterior windows and openings, new break room, covered patio, new mechanical system, modified plumbing and electrical systems to support new finish-out
