She replaces outgoing member Scott Dunn. DePuy has served on the city’s planning commission and as a member of the Heights Park Neighborhood Association. She defeated challengers Franklin Byrd and Dan Barrios in elections May 4 and June 3, respectively, and will now serve as the only female member on council. DePuy, a Realtor with Keller Williams, enjoyed much support during her campaign, including from the MetroTex Association of Realtors, the Richardson Fire Fighters Organization and the Richardson Police Officers’ Association Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #105.[/caption]
