Nails Plus expects to open this fall at 1235 E. Belt Line Road, Richardson. The beauty supply store will sell nail and beauty supplies, including spa products, wet hair products, hair razors and clippers, false eyelashes, microblade ink and facial treatments, among other items. Nails Plus had originally expected to open this summer but was delayed by the coronavirus pandemic, according to a recent Facebook post.
