Richardson announced that all city facilities will be closed this weekend due to severe winter weather moving into Dallas-Fort Worth later today.

All city facilities will close at 6 p.m. today and will remain closed through Sunday.
The following facilities will be closed Jan. 24-25:
- Richardson Animal Shelter
- Eisemann Center
- Richardson Gymnastics Center
- Heights Recreation Center
- Huffhines Recreation Center
- Huffhines Tennis Center
- Richardson Public Library
- Richardson IQHQ
- Richardson Senior Center
- Sherrill Park Golf Course
