Trucker’s Cafe reopened its Richardson location on Aug. 1. The remodeled restaurant, which first opened in Richardson in 2020, had been closed for a year due to a fire, owner Paulette Johnson said.
The soul food restaurant serves salads, burgers, fish, chicken, meatloaf and more.
