One Hummus opened May 8 in the Richardson Heights Shopping Center at 100 S. Central Expressway, Ste. 53, Richardson. The restaurant serves Mediterranean-style street food, including falafel, hummus and baba ghanoush. Hailing from Jordan, the owner hopes for the restaurant and menu to emulate the authentic atmosphere and flavors of the Middle East.
