My top priorities are simple: run the city with smarter governance, watch every dollar, and make sure growth pays for itself. We don’t need to spend more, we need to manage better. If we do that, we can keep taxes and utility bills low while still moving our city forward.

I come from an operations and business management background where solving problems and cutting waste is routine. I oversee a large portfolio requiring disciplined execution and attention to detail.
