1. MoPac toll lanes

In April the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority installed two sections of the new bike and pedestrian bridge over the Union Pacific railroad tracks near The Domain. The final piece will be installed soon. Crews will add sidewalks and the shared-use path throughout the toll lane project between Parmer Lane and Lady Bird Lake. Other activities include construction of an auxiliary lane on northbound MoPac near Steck Avenue and asphalt paving north of US 183.

2. US 183 frontage road resurfacing

The Texas Department of Transportation is resurfacing a 1-mile section of US 183 frontage road between Loop 360 and MoPac.

Timeline: May-August Cost: $1.4 million Funding sources: state funding

3. US 183 frontage road resurfacing

TxDOT will resurface 1.5 miles of roadway on the US 183 frontage road from Lake Creek Parkway to McNeil Drive. The project will take three months.

4. Loop 360 resurfacing

TxDOT will resurface 12 miles of Loop 360 from US 183 to Walsh Tarlton Lane. The project will take two months.

5. Left-turn lane expansion

TxDOT is expanding the left-turn lane on eastbound RM 2222 to McNeil Drive to two lanes.
