A warehouse development near Nutty Brown Road and Hwy. 290 is almost full following the addition of two tenants. United Water Restoration and 512 Events recently joined Nutty Brown Business Park, according to Ron McGuire, the developer and owner of the complex. Two buildings of equal size (10,000 square feet) remain unleased, McGuire said, with 75 percent of the development fully occupied. Other businesses housed in the development include Shower Doors of Austin, Argument Driven Inquiry, Z Wines and CrossFit 737 to name a few. United Water Restoration repairs home damage caused by floods and fires, and it also offers mold remediation services. Party equipment rentals and other event services are offered by 512 Events. McGuire completed construction on the 41,000-square-foot warehouse complex in July. It is one of several new projects to come online in the area, including Belterra Village, a 93-acre mixed-use development under construction just north of the business park.
