Austin Ave. www.georgetownisd.org Friday, Oct. 6 A new song for 'Three-Legged Willie' The Williamson Museum will celebrate the release of a new song about the county’s namesake. Georgetown’s own Roy Headwrick wrote and recorded a song about the life of “Three-Legged WIllie,” or Robert McAlpin Williamson. Williamson fought in the Texas Revolution, was one of the first Texas Rangers, and also served in the Texas Legislature and as a state judge. Saturday, Oct. 7 Sweet Eats Fruit Farm Fall Festival & Pumpkin Patch Celebrate fall at the festival, complete with pony rides, a petting zoo, a hay maze, bounce house, face painting and an obstacle course. There will also be a large pumpkin patch, hay rides, live music, local food trucks and adult beverages for sale.
