The city of Richmond, in partnership with Republic Services, is hosting a curbside fall cleanup campaign starting Saturday, Oct. 7

The campaign is for residents north of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks and the River’s Edge subdivision. Items must be placed at curbside by 7 a.m. the day of the cleanup.

Construction or storm-related debris, electronics, household hazardous waste, tires, paint and bleach will not be collected, among other items. For a complete list of unacceptable items and a map of the cleanup areas, click here. Areas east of the Brazos River will participate in the campaign Oct. 14, and areas west of the Brazos River will participate Oct. 21.

Collection will take place for residents east of the Brazos River on Oct. 14, and Oct. 21 for residents of the Del Webb subdivision and the rest of the city.
