The majority of homes sold in Cedar Park and Leander were in the $200,000-$299,999 range in the month of August, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

There were 148 homes sold in the $200,000s, followed by 96 homes selling in the $300,000-$399,999 range, 56 homes in the $400,000-$499,000 range and 19 homes in the $500,000-$599,000 range. One house also sold for below $149,000, 14 homes sold between the $150,000-$199,999 range and nine homes sold in the $600,000-$799,999 range.
