The information center will be located at Riveredge Street and Hwy. 90, next to Riveredge Grocery, according to city officials. Residents can access FEMA information packets and building permit forms at the center.

The city of Richmond has returned to normal operating hours as of Tuesday and announced plans to open an information center Wednesday for residents still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.
The location of the information center has not been announced yet.
Residents wishing to return to their homes and wanting to file recovery permits should consider the city’s list of requirements below and are advised to contact the city of Richmond Permit Office for more information.
