Construction continues on 4th Army Drive to construct a connection from Lebanon Road to the Stewart Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as adding a two-lane undivided roadway from SCWWTP to Timber Ridge Drive. Construction on the entire roadway is expected to be complete by 2018.

Timeline: July 2015-June 2017 (Lebanon Road to SCWWTP), July 2016- June 2018 (SCWWTP to Timber Ridge Drive)

Cost: $3.2 million (Lebanon Road to SCWWTP), $11.4 million (SCWWTP to Timber Ridge Drive)
