A high-end townhome development is under construction on the southeast corner of John Hickman Parkway and Parkwood Boulevard. The 31-acre development will include 306 three-story units, a 3.5-acre private park and an amenities center. The first lots will open in summer 2017. The homebuilder is Megatel Homes.
