Guadalajara Hacienda in The Woodlands offers a variety of authentic Mexican dishes and signature menu items, including a popular dish called Nachos Guadalajara.

The nachos range from $9.95-$17.95 depending on a half- or full-size order and choice of meat. The plate features chicken, beef or both, refried beans, melted cheese or queso fresco, guacamole, sour cream and jalapenos.

Floor manager Anny Ortez said even though nachos are listed as an appetizer, many customers order the dish as a main entree.

“People order the nachos a lot,” Ortez said. “We serve authentic Mexican food and have our own recipes.”

Aside from nachos, the restaurant offers fajitas, soups and salads, Tex-Mex options, enchiladas, tacos, grilled options and desserts. Happy hour is also offered Monday through Friday from 3-6:30 p.m., and brunch is offered Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m.
