The Insperity Invitational tournament is expected to draw roughly 75,000 visitors throughout the week of May 1-7 for a variety of events, ranging from pro-am rounds of golf to the 3M Greats of Golf event.

Visitors can attend the Insperity Invitational tournament—which is the only invitational golf tournament included in the PGA Tour Championship—at The Woodlands Country Club Tournament Course for free due to corporate partnerships with Insperity, Woodforest National Bank and HP.

Here are four ways to experience the event:

See 12 golf legends play in the 3M Greats of Golf event
Twelve golf legends will play in an exhibition round Saturday afternoon, which is expected to tee off around 12:30 p.m. after the last official tee time for the day’s official competition. Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Lee Trevino will play in an 18-hole scramble format against three other newly formed teams composed of Dave Stockton, Hale Irwin and Charles Coody; Tom Weiskopf, David Graham and Tony Jacklin; and Fuzzy Zoeller, Ben Crenshaw and Bill Rogers.

Watch 79 golfers compete for the 2017 title
The 2017 invitational field features fan favorites from 13 different countries. Championship play runs from 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. on May 5, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on May 6 and 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on May 7.

Help a local nonprofit
This year’s inaugural Breakfast with Champions event at 8 a.m. on May 4 in the Champions Club will benefit Inspiration Ranch. Representatives from the local nonprofit in The Woodlands will join players Hale Irwin, Fuzzy Zoeller and Don January during the breakfast. Tickets, which can be purchased at, cost $100 for individuals and $800 for a table.

Take a free shuttle to the tournament
Visitors also have access to free parking and shuttle service. General public parking will be at Woodforest Bank Stadium at 19115 David Memorial Drive, Shenandoah. All spectators who park at the stadium will be shuttled to the golf course for free.
