Hobby Airport listed a ground stop affecting arrivals at 7:11 a.m. At 7:54 a.m., the ground stop had been extended to 8:30 a.m.The Flash Flood Watch has been canceled as of 7:46 AM CT. Light to moderate rainfall is still expected to persist through the afternoon.
