SH 121

As of June the project is 62 percent complete with crews working on concrete paving as well as curbs, lime treatment and embankments. When complete the project will widen SH 121 from four lanes to 10 lanes between Grapevine Mills Boulevard in Grapevine and the Sam Rayburn Tollway/Business 121 split in Lewisville.

FM 2499

NorthGate Constructors made the final traffic pattern change for the project June 10. The change moves traffic at Grapevine Mills Boulevard and the southbound FM 2499 frontage road. In the coming weeks crews will perform punch-list work prior to completion. The project is expected to be complete in July, six months ahead of schedule. The project includes rebuilding the main lanes of FM 2499 from SH 121 to Denton Creek, adding northbound and southbound frontage roads, and rebuilding the intersection of Grapevine Mills as a bridge.

FM 1938 Phase 2

Construction to widen the intersection of FM 1938 and FM 1709 in Southlake is progressing as crews have installed most of the curb and gutter on the outside sections of the intersection and continue to construct sidewalks and reconstruct access driveways. North of the intersection, crews are preparing for installation of the new northbound lanes of FM 1938, and work continues on some of the side streets, including Lovegrass Lane, Camden Circle and Palomar Trail.
