On Nov. 17, City Council approved an economic incentive agreement with Frisco Station that would total up to $121.5 million.

The funding for the agreement would come from sales and ad valorem taxes from the mixed-use development as well as grants from the Frisco Economic Development Corp. and the Frisco Community Development Corp.

Some requirements for receiving the incentive include building 250,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, hotel and restaurant space before Dec. 31, 2020.
