The Frisco Police Department celebrated 50 years of service in November.

To celebrate, the department held an open house Nov. 18, which featured motorcycle demonstrations, a tour of the Frisco Police headquarters and a reception.

This graphic shows the various aspects of the department’s workload.

For Fiscal Year 2015-16, the department has 183 sworn personnel. So far this year, those officers have responded to more than 45,000 911 calls and have made more than 2,000 arrests.
