Grapevine's newest winery, Wine Fusion Winery, will open at 11 a.m. on Oct. 16 at 603 S. Main St., Ste. 304.
The grand opening will feature several wines and appetizers, and owners Nicholas and Danielle Kaufman will be available for questions and comments.
Wine Fusion will offer wine education, blending classes, event space and more.
Nicholas said the wine blending classes are something that makes his winery different from the rest of Grapevine's wineries.
“The most unique thing about us, that none of the other wineries on Main Street offer, is a two-hour wine-making class,” Kaufman said. “We actually teach the consumer how to make the most popular wine blends out right now.”
The class will teach the guest step-by-step how to create their own blend. The guest can make either red or white wine. At the end of the two-hour class, guests can bottle the wine, cork it and create their own label to bring home.
The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council approved the winery June 16.
Wine Fusion Winery will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
