The Anderson Mill Center, once anchored by H-E-B before it relocated to Lakeline Market, was purchased in November and will undergo renovations to bring the design to a contemporary style.
Levy Architects has released renderings of the changes proposed for the center, and construction is slated to begin in mid-2014. Anderson Mill Acquisitions LLC, the center's new owners, have opted to rebrand the center as the Market at Lake Creek to better reflect its location at the northwest corner of US 183 and Lake Creek Parkway.
The center comprises 171,794 square feet, of which 82,212 square feet is available in the former H-E-B space and another 37,023 square feet in the junior anchor spot.
"The purchase and rebranding of the Market at Lake Creek represents a significant opportunity for large tenants to enter the Lakeline submarket or potentially reposition within the market," said Adam Zimel, senior vice president of The Weitzman Group, which is handling leasing for the center.
Existing tenants include anchor 24 Hour Fitness, Wonko's Toys & Games, JAMRZ Caf, Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant and Gamefellas.
