Noble Sandwiches Co. relocated Feb. 28 to its new location on RM 620 in a move that provides the restaurant more interior seating and a larger kitchen.

Owners John Bates and Brandon Martinez closed the location at 11815 N. RM 620, Ste. 4, on Feb. 14, to focus on reopening in the new space.

"We had outgrown the original space, and parking was always tough," Bates said. "This was an opportunity to set up long term."

The sandwich shop—previously called Noble Pig—now occupies part of the former Vivo restaurant at 12233 N. RM 620, Ste. 105. The space offers a better access for customers, Bates said. He said they were fortunate the space opened up because they wanted to remain close to the original shop and their customer base.

"We didn't want to leave this area," he said. "There's too much positive energy to leave."

The additional space enabled the business to hire additional kitchen and front-house staff.
