Forest Park Medical Center Frisco has appointed Elisa Banigan its new chief financial officer.

Banigan's background includes serving as a member of the administrative team at Crescent Medical Center in Lancaster and as a consultant to the regional CFO for Phoenix House Foundation in Dallas.

She also has served as CFO at Oasis Hospital in Phoenix and Gila River Healthcare in Sacaton, Ariz. Before her position with Oasis Hospital, she served as CFO and vice president of finance for Meridian Quality Care, Inc. for 10 years.

"We're confident Elisa's proven experience will make her an asset to the Frisco team," said Julie Camp, Forest Park Medical Center Frisco CEO. "Her track record of commitment to ensuring quality financial operations makes her ideally suited for the position."

Banigan will work with physicians and hospital staff to manage financial operations within Forest Park Medical Center Frisco, according to a company release. She will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of stakeholder financial information, treasury duties, and economic strategy and forecasting.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University and her Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University.
