3 Stacks Smoke & Tap House is opening Feb. 3 after having been temporarily closed since Jan. 13 for renovations.

The restaurant, at 4226 Preston Road, has been changed from its hybrid self-service and sit-down dining concept to a full-service concept.

Additional booths and tables were placed in the portion of the restaurant where the cafeteria-style serving area was located. A new merchandising area was built behind the hostess stand and will carry items such as 3 Stacks rubs and sauces.
