The city of Frisco and Frisco ISD have scheduled multiple meetings Monday about property and development associated with the Dallas Cowboys.

After months of speculation, the meetings are the first official indication the franchise will move its training facility to Frisco from Valley Ranch in Irving.

"We're very excited about these latest developments," Frisco Mayor Maher Maso sad. "That said, it would be inappropriate for us to comment prior to any action taken by our city council and the boards of our other public partners."

During the meetings, city leaders will discuss the property south of Highway 380, west of Preston Road, east of FM 423 and north of Highway 121, according to agendas. Also set for discussion is a "master development agreement for facilities and related improvements by and between" the city and Dallas Cowboys entities Blue Star Stadium Inc., Blue Star HQ Inc. and Blue Star Frisco.

Three consecutive city meetings are scheduled for Monday in the council chambers at Frisco City Hall, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. The first is with the Frisco Community Development Corp. at 4:30 p.m., followed by a Frisco City Council meeting at 5 p.m. and a Frisco Economic Development Corp. meeting at 5:30 p.m.

The same issue will then be discussed in closed session at the Frisco ISD meeting at 6:45 p.m. in the Frisco ISD Administration Building, 5515 Ohio Dr.
