Photo by Matt StephensSince the Blue Mug Cafe opened April 28, Manager Joshua Leone said the restaurant has established its menu, earned repeat customers and continue to develop its catering business.
"Everything's set, and we've got our menu in place finally," Leone said. "We've been doing really great."
Offering a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, Leone said several of the dishes have already earned reputations with the customers, including the chipotle black bean, kobe beef and turkey burgers and their Capone Grinder sandwich.
"We try to put everything out as high quality as possible," Leone said. "We have generous portions. I think we're competitively priced."
