The Woodlands Development Company has announced the purchase of a 1.24-acre site in the future Creekside Park Village Center for a First Victoria National Bank branch location.

Construction on the bank branch—located at the northeast corner of Creekside Forest Drive and Kuykendahl Road—is expected to begin in early 2014. First Victoria has two locations in The Woodlands area, one on I-45 and one on Research Forest Drive, just west of Pinecroft Drive. Construction for a third location at Flintridge Drive and Kuykendahl Road will begin in the next 120 days with completion slated for the end of 2013.

The First Victoria National Bank in Creekside Park will feature an open concept bank with two drive-thru lanes, a deposit-enabled ATM and two conference centers with video phones to speak to mortgage brokers and financial experts. The bank will also offer a V-Source Center—a club-style business center with faxing and copying machines, Internet access and WiFi—and universal bankers to assist with banking transactions and online banking.
