Republican James Noack is the projected winner in the race for Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner. Noack, according to unofficial results, has garnered 33,326 votes, or 78.18 percent of the vote, compared to his Democratic challenger, Bryan Cambrice with 49 of 86 precincts reporting. Cambrice has earned 9,299 votes, or 21.82 percent.

With 11 of 86 county precincts reporting, Republican James Noack leads Democrat Bryan Cambrice in the race for Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner , according to unofficial results.
Noack has earned 29,045 votes, or 79.31 percent, compared to Cambrice's 7,575 votes, or 20.69 percent.
The winner will replace current commissioner Ed Chance, who chose not to seek re-election this year.
Montgomery County Precinct 3 covers The Woodlands Township and areas east of I-45 along the Rayford Road corridor, bordered by the San Jacinto River to the south.
