Presale of the single-family residences in The Brownstones at The Summit began Jan. 1, 2012, and developer Novak Brothers planned to pour the foundations for the first four homes in January. Jim Cramer, vice president of Novak Brothers, said the company had talked to more than 300 people by late 2011 who were interested in the grouped three-story homes. Priced from the upper $200,000s to $400,000, the brownstones also have rooftop entertainment space for features such as hot tubs or fireplaces. Total build-out calls for about 114 single-family residencies that range in size from 1,700 square feet to 2,900 square feet.

The homes have the option for alley or front-loaded garages. A part of The Summit at Rivery Park development, the brownstones are located off I-35 at Rivery Boulevard and overlook the San Gabriel River and Georgetown's Rivery Park.
