Georgetown’s largest development projects moving forward in 2026

In 2025, developers, government entities and Georgetown ISD submitted hundreds of projects to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Here is a look at the five most costly projects, many of which will begin or finish construction in 2026.
