McKinney City Council members approved agriculture zoning and annexation of two properties located in McKinney’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Council members voted unanimously to approve the zoning requests and annexations during a July 15 meeting. McKinney’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of the zoning requests in June.
The gist
The first request deals with about 16.9 acres of land located south of the Trinity Falls community. The land is undeveloped and is surrounded by undeveloped land to the south, east and west, according to a city document.
