Chabad of The Woodlands will open the area’s first fully accredited Jewish preschool, The Gan, at 25823 Budde Road, The Woodlands in late August. Spearheaded by Chabad of The Woodlands Co-Director Leah Blecher and husband, Rabbi Mendel Blecher, the preschool will be geared for students 18-36 months old, three-year-olds and four-year-olds.

"I love every moment with the children and I'm passionate about teaching Judaism, so to be able to teach that in a wholesome, kosher environment is just a dream come true," Leah Blecher said in a statement.
