A new location of the fast-casual, Seattle-style teriyaki chain Teriyaki Madness launched Sept. 23 in The Woodlands. The eatery, operated by Spring resident Kevin Jennings and located at 1501 Lake Robbins Drive, Ste. 110, marked its opening with a Sept. 21 preview event and will hold a grand opening celebration Sept. 24.

“In the past decade, we have been growing at a rapid pace, introducing mouthwatering, bold-flavors in new communities, and we are ecstatic to be opening up our latest Houston-area shop in The Woodlands,” said Michael Haith, Teriyaki Madness chief executive officer, in a statement. “Kevin is an excellent addition to our franchise family. We are so excited to support him in his journey with Teriyaki Madness and watch him contribute to our success as we expand throughout Houston.”

Teriyaki Madness serves a variety of teriyaki bowls based around chicken, steak, salmon and tofu alongside stir-fried vegetables, rice and noodles. The restaurant also offers smaller dishes, including crab rangoons, edamame, egg rolls, potstickers and salad. 281-719-0280. www.teriyakimadness.com
