According to Managing Director David Sanchez, the company offers customized security services so individuals, businesses, neighborhoods and communities can "pursue their passions in life openly, freely and joyfully."

Signal 88 Security primarily markets itself to apartment complexes, hotels, schools, commercial and construction/industrial areas. The company offers patrols and dedicated services.

"We've been in business in Houston for nearly three years, and we decided to open an office at The Woodlands because it's one of the territories we serve and most likely to be close to both our existing and potential clients," Sanchez said.
