Rock-N-Roll Sushi will open in July at 20071 I-45 N, Spring. The restaurant serves a variety of sushi, including salmon, tuna and eel. Specialty rolls at the restaurant are named after popular rock bands and performers from the 1960s, ‘70s and ‘80s.
